1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at virginiatate2424@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Return Method: By Mail.
- Item Condition: New/Unused only.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, BALAJI ENTERPRISE will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full replacement at no extra charge.
- For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
